Failure investigation.
Campaign modifications.
Review of maintenance procedures.

Workshop equipment selection.
Representing employer on national technical councils.

Technical marketing of road vehicles, i.e. needs establishment,
concept design, drafting of tenders.
Project management of vehicles under construction.

Chassis selection, design and construction of refrigerated bodies and trailers.
Scheduling and budgeting of vehicle replacements.
Design and implementation of preventive maintenance system (previously no system existed).
Design and implementation of basic computerised vehicle costing system.

Control of repair and maintenance of vehicles and batching plants.
Chassis selection, design and selection of mixer units.
Design and implementation of preventive maintenance systems for vehicles and batching plants.
Design and implementation of (manual) vehicle costing system.
Erection of 2 new batching plants.

Technical and budgetary control of maintenance and repair of a
