• Manages and coordinates day to day operation, inventory, logistics, safety and maintenance of the terminal to officers and VP-Operations.
• Manages all scheduled / unscheduled petroleum products receipt, treatment, dispatch, transfer and storage operations of all company terminals ensuring proper documentations and records.
• Manages inventory movement reports of all petroleum products by the company, and affiliates storing respective products in company storage tanks.
• Develop and implement measures and procedures for proper inventory control and management, product handling, storage, transfer, and receiving operations. Provides leadership and direction in resolving operational problems expeditiously to maintain and improve safety, integrity and performance of operation.
• Maintains and reviews records, product movement and related reports for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels and to maintain acceptable and tolerable operational and handling losses.
• Initiates Petroleum Inspection nomination for importation receiving and oversee the operations acting as Load Master.
• Holds barge / trucks, prepares protest documents, for those with incoming or dispatching problem. Reports incident to VP for Operation for consensus recommendation / decision as well as corresponding and applicable charges.

• Control and supervise assigned shift teams in the operations compose of Safety, Stock Control and Logistics, covering the terminal operations. Does actual supervision of depot operations from time to time.
• Oversees incoming/outgoing Vessel/Barge discharging/loading operation ensuring product security and standard operating procedures are observed, and documentations are carried out.
• Supervise the depot operations during assigned shift in the control, handling and recording received, transferred and dispatched products.
• Attend connection & disconnection of Marine Loading Arm. After disconnection of MLA ensure that they are secured back in position safely.
• Carry out Safety Inspection of the vessel if required.
• Prepares Loadport documents of incoming/outgoing barge. Gives feedback to the Terminal Manager on the barge’s/vessel’s outturn prior to release and prepares the initial Four (4) Point Volume Analysis, if applicable.
• Ensure all units to have their respective Shift turn-over and all process are securely documented and any pending deliverables be monitored.
• Participate on other petroleum terminal and petroleum companies on trainings, seminar, safety meeting and loss prevention operation system.
• React to emergency situations when they occur, coordinate immediately with safety, assess the situation, declare emergency, take corrective actions, shut down the depot totally or partially and coordinates related fire-fighting actions with fire team.

• Conducts depot operations such as actual receiving of Vessel Importations and Vessel loading, dispatching, handling, recording, documentations, safeguarding product and other related tank farm operations of stocks in the tank farm and inside the depot.

• At commencement of cargo operation, be present at ship's manifold to witness leak free connection.
• Any abnormality observed at the berth should be immediately reported to the Terminal Supervisor.
• Ensures that berth routine cleaning carried out as per cleaning schedule and confirm that job is done satisfactorily after completion
• Secure clearance from the terminal office for the berthing of the vessel/barge and coordinate with and inform Safety and Logistics department to plan and adjust any related operations/transactions that may be affected with the receiving of the cargo.
• Maintains and performs transactions accordingly to ensure purchases are properly received and recorded based on prescribed quality and quantity.
• Reports any necessary plant equipment malfunctioning or breakdown for initiation of corrective actions, replacement, repair or preventive maintenance.
• Assists in the diagnosis of plant operational problems, inform Plant Operations management team for proper corrective actions and or regarding plant operation, management and troubleshooting with high regards to operational, health, safety and environment (HS&E).
• Performs operation duties such as product sampling, quality control check, tank gauging, valve and pump lineups, switch and tank changes as required.
• Work diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.
• Conducts routine inspection of the area and monitors process parameters and reports any deviations/abnormalities at once
• Take regular product samples to the laboratory for quality control and quality assurance testing and analysis.
• Does Quality Control Sampling on incoming and outgoing shipments of products and packaging materials
• Ensure that all Petroleum products received and dispatched by the terminal are duly accounted
• Responsible to handle other task that may be assigned from time to time.
• Responsible for safekeeping of all Technical Documents.
