Duties:
▪ Manage the teams, who are implementing AMI Smart Meter Solutions
▪ Ensure that all received WO are referred to the Contractor’s staff for
execution as per the set time frame.
▪ Responsible for the submission of required reports and other
documentation in accordance with the scope of work.
▪ Updating and monitoring the Daily Progress Report with actual
installation and site visits done by the team at site (7 teams).
▪ Validating data for all installed meters in the AMC (Asset Management
Center) Systems.
▪ Creating and Closing tickets according to system issues (WO stuck in
process) in the ITSM Systems
▪ Monitoring the status of all validated Work Orders.
Duties:
▪ Controlling company and project documentation
▪ In charge of submitting documents officially such as Material Submittal,
Method Statement, Pre-Qualification to the main contractor
▪ Assist in preparing submittals such as Method Statement & Material
submittal based on Project Specification.
▪ Ensures on submission of Work Inspection Request (IR) / Material
Inspection Request.
▪ Responsible for ensuring that all logs (Shop Drawings, Material
Submittal, Method Statement, Pre-Qualification, Procurement) are
updated.
▪ Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on
behalf of clients and industry professionals.
▪ Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required
standards.
▪ Receives Purchase Request from site and processing in SAP.
▪ Monitoring material request that needs to install at site.
▪ Prepares site progress report for both Package with coordination at site.
Responsible in assisting the Mechanical Engineer in preparation and
procurement of mechanical materials.
▪ Assists in performing QA/QC inspection upon arrival of procured
materials with
respect to PO requirements
▪ Prepares ITP and Method Statements as per Project Specification and
any related Specification.
▪ Responsible for ensuring that materials delivered are inspected and
tested prior to installation.
▪ Ensure that the area to be inspected is properly done as per the
approved drawing.
▪ Assists in reviewing the material certificate/inspection reports in
accordance with the defined standards requirements.
▪ Ensures compliance in all standards and organization procedure
To support the Supply Chain Manager/ Project Logistic Coordinator in managing and coordinating the activities of our supply chain. Ensures all documents relating to supply chain process are retained in accordance with the company's quality requirements
Duties:
▪ In charge of sending notification to all shippers and end-users of every
material received in the Warehouse
▪ Prepares Request for Material Internal Inspection of materials received.
▪ Ensures on submission of Inspection Request (IRE) for all incoming
materials.
▪ Responsible for ensuring that materials delivered are inspected.
▪ Updates of shipment tracker including inspection status.
▪ Planning delivery timetables and Overseeing arrival of shipments.
▪ Receives Non-Conformities Material from site and closing of Non‐
Conformance and all other related site quality issues.
▪ Updates the NCR tracker including the Export shipments.
▪ Responsible for RMA Procedure and closing of NCR regarding material
issues.
▪ Sends Faulty Reports to the Supplier
▪ Prepares and send Non-Conformities Report Internal Reference
Number to Quality
▪ Checks and Verifies of the Return and Repaired Materials
▪ Tracks Inbound/ Outbound Materials to PIXI Software.
▪ Monitoring stock levels
Ensure that the production process runs efficiently with performing quality checks, safety and maintaining assembly equipment and workplace cleanliness.
