• Responsible in making a quotation base from clients’ requirement.
• Performs special projects (tender documents) and other duties as assigned.
• In-charged in logistical process and transmission of customer orders via electronic using Citrix (Easycom) and Oracle system for International (Steelcase products) and local products.
• Coordination with customer, sales staff and supplier when placing an order.
• Coordinating with supervisor and warehouse staff for delivery procedures and schedule.
• Keep a tracking record for the incoming shipment.
• Preparing sales order for delivery using Oracle system.
• Preparing requisition in order to convert it to purchase order.
• Verify site measurement & site inspection to make it sure that the project on site are properly installed and to meet the target schedule for all projects.
• Correspondence with clients and suppliers.
• Maintaining an organized & systematic filing of records.
