Technical Insurance Admin
- Managing of client policies and information.
- Gathers client information about their insurance needs and risk profile.
- Reconciles and tallies client records on the system.
- Performs cancellation of policies, prepares refund cheques and update client for pickup or delivery.
- Prepares reports of client transactions.
Receptionist / Administrative
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on telephone.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction,
- Answering and transferring phone calls.

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
- Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly report.
- Responsible of office consumables. e.g. stationeries/pantry and cleaning items
