Overview the performance management system, to include monthly one to one meetings with all employees in the Global Office, discussing their progress, providing developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans
Provide assistance to Human Capital on employee related problems which could result in oral or written discipline. Assist with the written disciplinary documentation to ensure consistency in policy application
Facilitate the onboarding plans in the Global Office for new joiners
Talent Gap Analysis and Development Planning
Participate in the Planning, Execution of Actions for the global Office, Team Engagement, Performance Metrics Setting and Management by the end of each quarter
Supported project managers in the purchasing department regarding the handling of PILUM (internal BOSCH data)
Assisting in the pursuit of the internal target attainment and independent support of the acting regions (8 groups worldwide).
Updating the Purchasing Review Calendar, which is a Quality Gate for each Project Phase where the three pillars cost, quality and timing of each project is reviewed.
Worked closely with the Operations team, in developing skills related to bank processes/procedures.
Conducted a rotation among the different departments in the Bank to obtain better insight on the various procedures conducted.
Assisted in the monitoring loan covenants, including the review of loan agreement.
