Major Accomplishments and Key Duties:
• Provide technical and administrative support to any department on a daily basis and coordinate between office and site requirements.
• Provide document control by logging incoming documents, checking the format and referencing, monitoring the distribution to recipients and ensure accessible retrieval and archiving.
• Create, maintain and update various logs and registers for letters, drawing, transmittals and other documents.
• Create, maintain and completes workflow in web base project management database system.
• Handles business correspondences assigned by Resident Engineer
• Ensure smooth office operations by checking office supplies, office equipment and communicate with building maintenance personnel.
• Keep and maintain organized filing systems (hard and soft copies) of correspondences, transmittals and other important documents.
• Provide secretarial and executive assistance to Resident Engineer and to Project Director of Aurecon
• Manages HR/Administrative Functions to whole team
