• Responsible for planning and Optimization of packet core network associated with the operator’s infrastructure.
• Planning and aligning team for day to day activities at GGSN like IP whitelisting, APN creation, APN modification, SACC configuration, Traffic migration and maintaining basic hygiene of node by deleting any unwanted configuration present.
• Keep a check on all operational and Capacity issues as well and escalate to next level.
• Understand new requirements, features and ensuring proper alignment for its implementation.
• Deployment of new services as per customer requirement.

• Checking and analyzing the KPI’s on daily basis and working for its improvement.
• Preparing Daily/Weekly KPI Dashboards and circulating on fixed frequencies.
• Alignment and ensuring end to end implementation for any changes required.
• Planning for new changes required in network as per customer requirement.
• Impact analysis for any changes/upgrade that is to be planned.
• Handling customer meetings to discuss any KPI improvement or any new requirement.
• Responsible to pro-actively ensure that operator’s business requirements are continuously met by the infrastructure and service availability, capacity and performance.
• Perform necessary performance evaluations and system audits to ensure maximum optimization of network system.
• Responsible for Quarterly audit of the network henceforth implementing any changes if required.
Worked as NSS Packet Core Engineer in Global Network Operational Center, Nokia Siemens Networks (P) Ltd Noida.
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Worked on Packet Switched Network Elements (SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, CMD, TRAFFICA, TRENDICA, DNS-Server).
• Performing Alarm Analysis, Escalation, Troubleshooting and Configuration activities.
• Daily Health Check, Fall-back & backup of SGSN and GGSN.
• Performing Fault management and troubleshooting of all the packet- Core nodes for any operational issues.
• Working and closing of tickets raised by L1 for any alarms or issue.
• Taking and Following up with L2 for any emergency support.
• Performing configurational activities like BSC& RNC creation, APN creation, IP Pool addition/modification, PCC rule addition/modification etc.
