A Project Control Services provides necessary project management support that will do all the necessary tasks of the project managers.
•Been working and supporting directly to the clients in making their end-to-end financial such as invoicing, tracking hours and expenses, forecasting and variance analysis (forecast vs. actual).
•Effectively communicated with other employees and upper management to ensure that financial health is well managed.
•As a Senior, I also tried handling junior resources (new joiner).
