 To assist the Spa Supervisor and oversee and supervise any appointments and activities that may occur at the spa.
 Required to relay maintenance and housekeeping requests to the proper staff.
 Responsible for checking guests in, taking payments, training employees, answering phone calls, assisting in retail, answering customers' questions, handling any mishaps or problems.
 Addressing complaints and running reports from the computer system.
 Assist in general maintenance of the spa desk and reception area.
 Performs regular audits on incoming and outgoing inventory.
 Compares on-hand inventory, sales orders, computer records and order forms to ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed.
 Reports shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.
 Keeps accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval.
 Logging all incoming inventory purchases.
 Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times.
