• Troubleshoot and resolve technical conferencing issues, questions and other customer problems in real time.
• Coordinate third party bridging between corporate and customer sites.
• Provide recommendations and advice on technical issues and strategy.

• Possess technical knowledge related to design and development of video conferencing applications according to prescribed standards and protocols (including h.323/SIP).
• Maintenance and repair of assigned customer audio and video incidents and service requests.
• Remote support and testing of all video and audio systems to determine the root cause of system functionality issues within the customer environment and will complete all assigned incident and service requests to resolution
• Research, analyze and compile complex video issues for escalation to the maintenance organization
• Collaboration services to ensure proper end user training, maintain records of technical support requests and specific needs for various customers.
• Interact with Partners and Vendors to determine and resolve customer issues with equipment or network incidents.
• Planning and team work in order to assist with the coordination of resources to support incoming Customer issues.
• Installation and support of audio/visual, audio/video/web conferencing systems, and related equipment.
• Working experience with major videoconferencing equipment such as:• Codec’s from Polycom, LifeSize, Legacy Tandberg, Cisco, Vidyo and Radvision etc.•
• MCU and control systems from Polycom and LifeSize.
• Implementation H.323 Endpoints, Gateways, MCU’s, and Gatekeepers
• Operate and work with virtual health services, such as Teleradiology, Telecardiology, Telepathology, etc. .
• Understand business and clinical needs of the client.
• Plan and execute Telemedicine/Telehealth Consultant project work.
• Manage multiple vendors on equipment installation, service, and preventative maintenance.
