Performing visual inspection on arrived components in the pre-processing stage and prepare a Report highlighting critical areas that require attention.
▪ Perform necessary tests using Dye Penetrant/ Magnetic Particle to identify defects on material surface.
▪ Analyze and suggest a list of work processes (Machining) necessary to satisfy client
requirements from provided drawings and results from Pre Inspection.
▪ Monitor the work processes ensuring it is carried out as specified.
▪ Final Visual and Dimensional inspections and approval upon completion of the processes and ensure compliance with respective International standards & licenses ( API 6A, API 16A, API 5CT, API 7, API 16C.)
▪ Experienced with Precision measurement instruments such as : Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Height gauge, etc.
