Shouldering with the overall accountability of designing the Project Baseline Programs along with Narrative basis of Programs
highlighting the method of construction, Resource Requirements and potential risks in the Project.
▪ Prepare KPIs, Manpower & material histograms, equipment deployment charts, Progress S‐curves and Cash flow charts; develop
technical write up for Method Statement, Stake Holder Plan, Traffic Plan, Material Plan and Logistics Management Plan etc.
▪ Accountable for planning, recruiting and managing staff, as required, executing projects; providing capacity building support
including supervision, training and mentoring in the planning, management and implementation.
▪ Work with, attend meeting with subcontractors to get required information and documents for the tender
▪ Dexterously deliver Technical presentation for the Top Management; check and review tender Program from Planners to meet as per
the client requirements. Lead projects in line with the overall strategic objective. Oversee processes to ensure optimum results
▪ Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with methodology to ensure profitable and
successful execution of engagement
Successfully developed project baseline Programme, revised and recovery programs along with Narrative basis of Programme
highlighting the method of construction, Resource Requirements and potential risks in the Project
▪ Prepared KPIs, look ahead, manpower & material histograms, equipment deployment charts, Earned Value reports, progress S‐ curves,
progress charts and updating the same; developed cost report for Management & preparing internal department billing
▪ Accountable for the identification, & streamlining of critical paths running through Project Master Schedule and individual contracts.
▪ Aligned Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
▪ Entrusted with the accountability of coordinating with subcontractors & Attending Client & Internal Meeting.
▪ Developed the recovery plans, EOT Claims & Pre- Tender Program; coordinated, following up and monitoring shop drawings, Material
Approvals and long lead items schedules; interviewed new Planners, Work Supervision & Staff Appraisal
