Planning operational programs for the awarded FM contracts, manage the facility budget, including operational expenses, maintenance costs, and capital expenditures.
Developing a DLP management plan and process for the assigned projects.
Managing and monitoring of Operations Performance based on SLAs and KPIs
Plan, execute, and monitor facility-related projects renovations and upgrades, including critical IT infrastructure, servers, and networking equipment.
Providing technical support to site team and advice on complex critical issues, acts as SME and leads team members training.
Developing and maintaining relationships with Hard & soft service specialized service providers, third party vendors, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and reduce operational expenses.
Liaison with all clients, end users &other department to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Planning 24X7 resources availability and readiness for backup/emergency.

Supervising & participating in upgradation, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of UPS, control panel, switch gear, Distribution panels, Busway system, Generators, HVACs, Chillers, VRV, DDC, BMS, Access Control system, CCTV, FA &FF system.
Developing and implementing sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of facilities.
Following all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Highlighting and preplanning for replacement of EOL asset.

Managed all aspects of project process.
Estimated, Prepared, and assigned the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
Managed directly and provided engineering and technical support to all the electrical works.
Assisted with draughtsman for Preparation of Electrical Shop Drawings i.e., SLD, Power distribution plan, power riser, lighting layout, power layout, Receptacle layout, wiring diagram, Load schedule as per the requirements of Client, Consultant and Concerned Government Authorities.
Co-ordinated with Electrical Contractor for Electrification and Execution.
Submitted site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Coordinated with other services at the time of erection, especially HVAC, plumbing Services and Civil teams.
Ensured that all performed work was following ES&H guidelines and requirements.
