force, MI manufactures up to 10 different trailer models for its client base spanning the GCC, Middle East, Africa
and Europe.
Successfully implemented the QHSE management systems in the Organization and got the ISO
Certification’s.
* Effectively participated of implementing the manufacturing process & quality system for ASME U-
STAMP Certification Audit program of Boilers & Pressure Vessels products fabrication.
* Additionally Handled the Quality, Safety and Maintenance & Service dept. activities with junior
engineering staff and given the guidance and continuous improvements in all areas.
* Successfully handled the all External & Yearly surveillance Audit as a Management Representative.
* Successfully handled the vendor Pre-Qualification audits for many Oil & Gas EPC Clients. (ADNOC,
SCLUMBERGER, METITIO, LUKE OIL Etc)
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for organizing, coordinating, managing and evaluating all aspects of fabrication,
including safety, cost effectiveness and quality.
* Responsible for the overall factory supervision of operation staff ‘s and workmen’s activities
including planned breakdown & preventive maintenance work in accordance with established
work plans schedules and ensuring safety of all personnel and environment
* Ensures and continuous monitoring the health and safety culture and quality culture.
* Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor
allocation for day to day operations.
* Planning the priorities of projects to be completed and the material requires, schedules time,
equipment and manpower accordingly.
* Assisting the proposal/sales during bidding phases for new products development.
* Having the experience in Sales Co Ordination with Client, Estimation & Preparing the quotes and
following up for the technical discussion.
* Ensures the compliances to all Company policies and procedures, as well as adherence with safety
and quality standards in conjunction with External HSE and Quality departments.
* Involving and monitoring with engineering and quality process to eliminate root causes to
problem in the manufacturing process. Also partnering with engineering to design efficiencies and
economies of scale in the fabrication process.
* Ensure and oversight and checking the job estimations after work completions.
* Implements and develops training and productivity improvements.
* Work closely with all Department Engineers & Managers to achieve the organizational and
professional goals.
* Actively searching for continuous improvements in the manufacturing process, which result in
reduced expenses, improved cycle time and higher safety and quality standards
Review the contract in terms of scope of work, requirements to the client, schedules, possible areas of concerns, preparation of action plans, prepare the agenda for the kick off meeting with the client and collect relevant information from various disciplines.
Prepare & finalize the list of deliverables as per the contract after discussing them with various sites which is then submitted to the client for their review and approval.
Technical Guidance & Co-ordination with the Engineering discipline to prepare and issue deliverables such as Drawings and design calculations and necessary documents.
Preparation of Material Requisition and Purchase requests, evaluation of technical bid/offers for purchase order finalization within budget.
Interface with procurement to review the status of procurement activities and take corrective action as needed to bring project progress under control
Organize weekly review meetings within departments to analyze project progress and with the client to discuss progress achieved to date as well as a forecast for the following week/month as per contractual agreement in addition to any other technical/commercial concerns which requires resolution.
Co-ordinate with the expediting team for delivery of equipment and materials inside stipulated time frame.
Interface with the suppliers/ Sub-Contractor’s to resolve technical concerns and incase of any deviations to understand the reasons thereof and decide the feasibility of continuing with the existing arrangement, if not preparation of Concession/Deviation requests to Client with proper technical justification.
Project In-Charge & Company focal point for the control of delivered products for its quality compliance/assurance
Preparation of Project Schedule and Vendor Document Register based on Client requirements
Preparation of Weekly/Monthly progress Report for client approval
Preparation of Sub-Order list in accordance to the Project Schedule
Check project specification received from Clients and preparation of Project specific procedures.
Raising Technical clarifications to the Clients based on the proposal and project specifications
Maintain close coordination and technical support for our local purchasing department & production for cost estimation
Startup and follow up of the project activities after receipt P.O with the related departments.
