Design & Development.
•Preparing Metric Drawings and Bill Of Materials and MTO using AUTOCAD 2016.
•Plotplan, Equipment Drawing and Supports.
•Isomentric Drawing of Piping Plan.
•Preparing Data as per ASTM standards.
•Preparing MTO and BOM.
•Preparation of General arrangement drawings, Shop and fabrication drawings, Sub-assembly drawings, As-built drawings, Cut lists, Plate developments, Plating, Grating layouts & Hand railings.
•Performs 3D modeling and detailing in AutoCAD of steel structures based from Structural/Architectural drawings, preliminary concepts and sketches to detailed engineering drawings of columns.
•Create Shop and Fabrication drawings from the model. Determine design conflicts/clashes utilizing the AUTO CAD software's as tools.
•Ensure that the company quality system and client's design and drafting procedure are maintained to produce a high quality and professional type output from the drafting office.
Project Co-ordination.
•Preparing all relevant documentation for client approval.
•Supervising modification works and co-ordination for arranging transport and materials from client.
•Co-ordination with planning team regarding daily progress.
•Professional Design Checking and Approvals.
•Coordinate and follow up with departments and Companies on Design and Inspection
works.Ensure the mechanical work carried out is as per the approved shop drawings within a period and the progress is as per the approved construction program.
•Coordination with the Consultants, Contractor, Project Manager and draftsmen during the execution of work on site.
•Inspections of all material and works carried out ensuring operational status as per
consultants' requirements and specifications.
Piping System:
•Layout Study & Finalization
•Finalization of Pipe Routing (Big Bore+Small Bore)
•Checking & Issue of Isometrics (P&ID Check, Line Routing, Support Check, Special requirement check etc.)
•Preparation & Checking of Civil Loading Data (Structure & Pipe Rack), Foundation Load Data
•Preparation & Checking of Nozzle Orientation, Making Nozzle orientations drawings
•Preparation of TQs/Comments on the Vendor Documents (Equipment Drawing, Spring Support Drawing, Special Valve Drawing etc.)
