•L2 switches troubleshooting (Catalyst 3000 series)
•Extensive knowledge on TCP/IP, MPLS, Asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) protocols and switches
•Remarkable ability to establish dial plans, provision service provider lines and remotely troubleshoot implementation problems
•Configuring gateways, routers, switches by means of coordinating with configuration management team
•Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications (UCM, UCCX, MPE, Unity)
•Microsoft Lync server integration with CUCM and troubleshooting the same
