Cost to ensure the overall function point achieved meets the productivity
target.
Have adopted Function point estimation technique for enhancement projects.
Change control mechanism
Have adopted Change control steps, while modifying any base lined document or code.
Defined an maintenance plan to be followed for change control procedures
Configuration management
Have used CM tools such SCME and Sablime for version control of all project documents and code
Defect management
Deduce bug reports from the bug tracking tool to ensure quick turnaround of defects
Risk management
Prepare risk management plan to mitigate risks of resource changes, hardware/software issues etc

- Managing tablespaces by adding or resizing datafiles on both regular disks and ASM disks.
- Gathering schema level and table level statistics, including tables with partitions.
- Migration of data from production databases to QA or DEV databases as and when required.
