Healthcare Documentation is preparing transcript of a medical dictation provided by a physician, PA, or an authorized/assigned dictator for a particular physician. Currently, I hold 13 years of experience in the Field of Healthcare Documentation, with the ability to handle all specialties in the Field of Medicine from PEDIATRICS TO GERIATRICS as well as can handle all kinds of reports such as H&P, Consults, Progress Reports (SOAP notes), Radiology, Operative Reports, Procedure reports including catheterization, discharge summaries, Oncology Reports, etc.
Currently, my role is providing a minimum of 99.75% accuracy in the documents, sending the reports directly to the providers without any additional level to interfere in order to improve the quality of the document or for value addition. I have the ability of maintaining Turnaround Time of each reports in addition to Self Motivation of giving quality reports so as not to affect the Patient's Safety.
Specialized in MEDICAL LANGUAGE having mastered in contextual usage of a medical term in the proper/appropriate areas.
I have worked as a Team Leader, of which, I have gained the knowledge of handling a Team and its Members with primary goal being maintaining the Turnaround Time and assuring the QUALITY of the reports being 99.50% overall.
I am trained to be HIPAA compliant with Compliance Agreement signed with the Company, and being mandated to undergo periodic exercises to be updated on the HIPAA Policies.
