Experience of civil, cable, structural and construction, with knowledge of the electrical industry, and proposals, commercial, contractual negotiation, and supply chain management.
Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.
Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.
Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.
Preparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.
Ensuring that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline.
Regularly reporting to Management and keeping clients updated on the project status.
Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques.
Collaborating with other teams, conducting site visits, and providing other services, like bid deliveries, when required.
Determine the Material Reconciliation at the end of project.
Maintaining & Provide approval for Sub Contractor & Suppliers Invoices - To make sure the Project meets the estimated cost and does not exceed .
Preparing and agreeing payments applications/valuations so that payment is received in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions; Works progress.
Analyze and Recommend Subcontract payment application based on actual progress of S/C work.
Maintain logs for claims and thereby agreeing variations/change orders.
Attend progress meetings and provide updates to Client with projection of costs as required; Visit Site as and when required to monitor progress, Preparing Payment Application / progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations/Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations, Special payments in accordance with contract.
Preparing and compiling variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BoQ with description.
Analysis of rates for Labor, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
Preparing JCA (Job Cost Analysis).
Preparing Tender and contract documents, including bills of material quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Maintain vendors data base, Floating Enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.

Responsible for electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, graphs bill of quantities and discussions with technical and production departments.

Estimation, tendering and supervision toward the electrical system in Commercial Building / Residential Schemes / Institutional Campus / Bottling Plant / Ware Houses / Cash and carry etc.
Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules.

Worked on Design of SLD, Scheme & Selection of electrical devices of switchgear & Control Panel on AutoCAD e.g. MV Panel, LV Panel, Mimic Panel, APFC Panel, MCC, etc.
Knowledge of control wiring for MV panel, MCC panel, Power and Light Distribution panel
Carried out Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning of all electrical process system especially on HV 11/3.3 and LV 400/230, MCC, HV, LV Motor, ABB, Siemens Switchgears, ACB, VCB, VC up to 20kv, DCS controls
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Regular analysis of organizations Electrical load consumptions with Ratios and analysis.
•Designed and implemented different systems for monitoring and enhancing maintenance procedures.
•Replacing the spare parts of the machine as and when required.
•Responsible for maintaining Power and Lighting panel and DG set.
