My key responsibilities in this organization are:
1) Staff Management - (All Group Staffs).
2) Plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff through advertisement and liaising with the recruitment firms.
3) Short list candidates for interview; issue offer letter and complete joining formalities of collecting and recording documents vital for Labor and Visa application.
4) Conducting reference check on behalf of the client for its employees.
5) Administer employee discipline processes
6) Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
7) Responsible for passport release and approval of leave application for employee’s) Induction& Orientation, Training and exit interview management and analysis.
9) Develop & implement new and existing policies and procedures to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the company.
10) Performance Appraisal- Handling Performance Appraisal Process of all employees in the organization in coordination with the respective department heads.
11) Responsible for Reward and Recognition program for employees.
12) Payroll Management, Leave Administration of all the staff & Full and Final Settlements.
13) Handling employee resignation and Termination.
14) Employee Relations: Responsible for providing an effective employee relations service, ensuring that advice and /or
counseling is given as appropriate which includes advising and participating in disciplinary and grievance interviews to
ensure equitable treatment of staff.
15) Handling and maintaining the employee’s files & records (Related documentation, contracts, Promotion, Leaves & Absence, Transfers, Job Descriptions, Interview Assessments, and Appraisals.
