 Prepare Daily sales report, Customer ageing report & Balances and submit to management.
 Ensure accurate posting of Customer’s payments (Cash, Cheque, Credit Card & Bank transfer receipts ) & issuing receipts to customer.
 Maintain bank Guarantee, LC, CAD list & follow up maturity date.
 Remove the credit check to release the orders to issue the proforma invoice to customer.
 Reconciles & records petty cash expenses (Dubai branch, Iraq, Iran).
 Computes salesman commission on new customer & sales liquidation items.
 Prepares receivables aging list, monitors all the payments and assists salesman to make follow up on collections.
 Matches the payments versus invoices.
 Prepare replenishment of stock in showroom and send to warehouse for replenishment.
 Creates new customers account in system.
 Deposits daily cash and cheque collections and monitors if all were credited in company’s bank account .
 Performs annual stock inventory counting.
 Other duties that may assigned from time to time.
