•••• Kingdom Tower: This iconic tower is one of the largest and most modern mixed-use developments and
it rises over 300 meters in height. The project consists of Four Seasons Hotel, shopping mall,
restaurants, offices and residential units. The gross built-up area is 300, 000 m2, and the parking space
is 115, 000 m2 (3, 000 cars).
•••• Kingdom Hospital: The project was built according to the highest international standards and
specifications. The scope included all construction works including medical and IT systems, furniture and
fittings. Total Floor area of the main hospital, accommodation and administration block is 45, 000 M2
Maintenance works like carpentry, plumbing, painting, welding, applying for waterproofing membrane
work, fiberglass insulation work, etc., in Riyadh Container Terminal (RCT) Buildings and Warehouses.
