Key Accountabilities:
•Spearhead operations for the Grand Hyatt project encompassing Guest room and suites room 230 Keys, Service apartments - 55 keys, Health clubs - 1200 Sqmtrs, Public areas - 3000 Sqmtrs area- Ball room, main lobbies and restaurants, BOH areas - Hyatt operating offices and kitchens and Campus areas -2500 sqmtrs - meeting rooms, lecture halls, libraries, book stores and restaurants.
•Interact with clients pertaining to contract finalization and aligning project deliverables to business requirements. Conduct meetings with the execution agency for resolving architecture, structural engineering related aspects.
•Define and implement strategic plans, project scope as well as tracking and implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.
•Follow up with the contract team with finalising the works for selections of interior fitout vendors and with the design team to develop concept stage of drawings.
•Monitor material quantity take-off and prepared Bill of Quantity (BOQ) followed by finalizing BOQ with costing from analysis. Perform comprehensive cost analysis encompassing material, labor & equipment, site management cost (indirect cost).
•Coordinate with the procurement team to align material delivery schedules to the project phases to ensure seamless operations.
•Prepare and ensure compliance to the financial budget, forecast. Review financial statements and manage business metrics for maintain project profitability.
•Participate in monthly review meetings with the ID vendors and the senior leadership to evaluate project progress and implement effective remedial measures based on identified deviations.
•Assess team performance and render productivity enhancement feedback. Groom and mentor potential leaders in the team to take up future leadership roles in the organization

Key Accountabilities:
•Prepared and presented bill of material and ensured compliance to quality parameters with regards to materials delivered at site. Represented the department in meetings with the client and architecture as well as assigned execution agencies.
•Identified and highlighted architectural discrepancies in architectural and structural drawing to concerned stakeholders for effective resolution.
•Interacted with the contractors, vendors, and customers for obtaining status on project progress to update the same for senior management decision making.
•Focused on minimizing costs of projects and enhancing value for money by ensuring compliance to required standards and quality as specified in statutory building regulations.
•Followed up with concerned stakeholders for resolving critical issues and sharing works of the projects aimed at seamless implementation of projects.
