Successfully launched “Dealer Direct Delivery” to the door step, Pilot project in Dec-21 and continue to deliver nationally.
• Supporting Multi brand franchise in terms of service and parts related requirements in house with tactical campaigns.
• Actively coordinating with service department for the daily requirements to support and to hold the position of CX#1 in terms of parts related issues by analyzing the customer satisfaction surveys.
• Supported with enhanced “Dealer Online Portal” for direct ordering to reduce TAT. Streamlined credit limits of Dealers in line with their targets to increase the business supported by Sr. Management & Credit Dept. Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Supervises stock order procedures.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department. Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public. Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
• Ensures that parts inventory turns times per year. Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence. Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory. Enforces a policy on the special ordering of parts. Ensures that stock orders represent at least percent of all orders. Conducted “Train the Trainer” session to frontline sales staffs to promote Energizer Batteries.
• Conducted Dealer Satisfaction survey CX#1 to improve the service levels in aspects of Price, Availability, Sales Process, Delivery.

Identified 8 to 12% in revenue opportunities by collaborating with dealer network to enhance the business in different channels year by year.
• Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Ensuring the inventory levels are maintained accurately. Making a list of the parts that need to be purchased. Selling manufactured parts to the customers. Supervising the shipment issues of the parts ordered. Overseeing the replacements procedures.
