Re-engineered and constructed curing chambers with blowers, water sprinklers & automated doors to maintain the humidity to ensure more curing of products.
Produced kerbstones of 600mm & 915mm in length by hand moulding to meet customer demands in the market.
Freeze all mix designs according to customer requirements as well as maintain raw material costs at the optimum level.
Followed proper PPE at all times and made plant accident-free.

Re-engineered OEM layout to overcome the machine breakdown of the machine during production.

Operations Manager
Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the project Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Finalizing quotations as per the customer requirements & winning the bid in taking projects.
• Estimating the project cost as well as product cost on in house production & BOP is met as per the project profits.
• Estimating the BOQ for the projects and ensuring them that they are meeting customer requirements and at economic cost.
• Purchasing of new machineries for wood carving, planning & cutting such as CNC, routers & filing equipments.
• Planning, purchasing & producing of materials as per the required drawings for effective & timely completion for projects.
• Preparing & ensuring the projects are set & constructed at the time frames as per the consultant and contractors.
• Delivering shop floor plan for manufacturing of products as per the site requirements.
• Full coordination & handled project managers and ensuring that projects are completed & hand over to clients without any issues as per the time frame.
• Focusing and working on the time limit for the completion of the project.
• Recruiting & training new staffs & workers against their responsivity & ensuring the PPE & HSE are always maintained as per the company and governing body standards.
• Created a new work shop for inhouse activities for insulation panels, wooden panels and made as a full kit for exporting to clients with out any man power technically to fix just by following the instructions from the catalog.
Business Development Management

Sales Quotation & LPO management

• Review sales men KPI’s (weekly/monthly).
Supply Chain Management
• Over viewing the procurement process & monitoring the materials flow to ensure time delivery.
• Negotiation skill with major suppliers & contribution to the improvement process of procurement/ purchase and credit terms.
• Ensure that all the purchase orders/ contract are signed off within the budget.
Fleet & workshop Management
• Maximizing utilization of trucks, tippers & bulkers.
• Minimizing break down of vehicles & analysing performance weekly.
• Monitoring relationship with drivers, registration and fines of trucks and drivers.
Operational/ Plant Management
• Reviewing the performance of the production manager.
• Monitoring the plant manager performance against its set objectives of time, safety, man power & quality of raw materials, finished goods.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of the equipment.
Financial Management
• Profit/ losses responsibilities
• Budget monitoring on monthly basis & improving the DPO (days payable outstanding)
• Closely review the overhead expenses, cash flow on monthly basis.
HR / Admin Management
• Review the company policies to satisfy both the company and the employees’ interests.
• Managing the correspondences and other office works
• Annual evaluation of the department managers, Finance, Operations and Workshop.
• Product Management - Plan for Man, Machine, Material, & Mould to make day to day operations smooth. Increase the plant utilization to 75%
• Operational Cost Control - Maintain & cut cost at operational areas where ever possible without any compromise on the quality & maintain the inventory level as limited as possible for Raw material, Machine spares & Finished Goods.
• Quality Management - Maintain high level in the quality of the products which is produced in plant with no complaints from customers.
• Customer Satisfaction - Prompt deliveries & quality as per the municipality & customer requirements.
• Maintenance Management - Ensure the plant has enough spares in case of change over during break down & minimizing the OEM spares purchase & find locally available to reduce the cost.
• Proper PPE for all workers to ensure safety all the times in side the plant & making zero accident as target
• Responsible for productivity on production floor as per quality guidance. Ensured that required material for production activities was continuously available, and maintained cross functional coordination at all stages.
• Administrated manpower deployment and ensured constant communication with the PPC and MCS division for Just in time production.
• Improved the Overall Equipment Efficiency from 80.1% to 87.6%, by effective utilization of robots, process stabilization & improvement.
• Analysis the production capacity of shop floor, assembly, vendor and supplier accordingly plan their production target. If required to develop the new source to avoid the capacity constraint.
• Prepare the ISO documentation and attend the ISO auditing.
• Conducting the weekly PPC review meeting with shop floor production in-charge, Assembly in-charge & stores in-charges for find out the bottleneck points and assure to reach the production target with in specified date.
