Project Description:
Our customer is a leading chemicals and commodity trading company based out of Singapore. The scope of this project is to configure Workforce Time keeper 8.0 & Workforce Activities suites for their factory outlets in Latin American countries and Australia.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

 Involved in Requirement Gathering with the customer. Interacting with the location SME to gather the requirements and create/update Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
 Created Product Design Document (PDD) based on gathered requirements.
 Configured Timekeeper & Activities modules according to the business requirements.
 Performed Unit & System Integration Testing and created test scripts.
 Helped customer to perform UAT and act as liaison between client and project team.
 Deployed all the configurations and performed all Go Live activities.
 Created user guides for client support team and successfully delivered the project.

Project Description:
Our customer is a leading communication services provider in the world. The scope of this project is to configure and support Workforce Time keeper and Advance scheduler suites for their retail stores across UK.



Roles and Responsibilities: -

 Involved in Requirement Gathering with the customer.
 Interacting with the location SME to gather the requirements and implement them in the Kronos.
 Developed configuration items in Time and Attendance like Labor Level entries, Payrules, Accruals, Display Profiles, Access profiles, Comments, Employee group and LL transfer sets based on the customer request.
 Configured Advance Scheduler by creating Skills and Certifications, Schedule Rule Sets, Availability templates, Pattern templates, Organizational Map, Workload planner, Staffing Matrix.
 Configured Advance Scheduler through both Staffing Matrix and Volume Forecasting.
 Worked in Call Lists and Schedule planner.
 Involved in mentoring new Team Members to understand the system and process.
 Facilitate brainstorming sessions.


Project3 : Fieldglass Contingency Labor Management (CLM) project

Project Description:
The Contingency Labor Management (CLM) project’s aim is to establish a centralized system across Chevron to manage its contract workforce. This provides more visibility, centralized data and control over spend. A Vendor Management System (VMS) - Fieldglass, is being put in place to achieve this goal.


Roles and Responsibilities:

 Requirement Gathering with the customer. Interacting with the business to gather the requirements and implement them.
 Conducting brain storming sessions with clients to document AS-IS process and develop the new TO-BE processes.
 Creating Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Product Design Documents (PDD) out of the requirements.
 Configuration of Fieldglass environments and data upload using configuration templates.
 Performed extensive UAT in Fieldglass system covering the entire Hire-to-Retire process - Job posting until Invoice payment and reporting.
 Facilitating and participating in UAT and key responsibility included managing Traceability.
 Supporting Unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers and Stakeholders.
 Preparing Use Cases as per Project needs and create Prototype for demo purposes.
 Conducting Root Cause Analysis and Risk Management meetings and analyze/solve issues during development phase.
 Assisting in Project Management activities and acting as a SPOC for queries from Leaders and Stakeholders.

 Maintained SLAs and metrics within ‘green’ limit for all calls related to QAD and Qxtend.

 Addressed and resolved ERP QAD user tickets/calls in Manufacturing, Procurement and Invoicing modules.
 Took care of QAD administration from user access to access control management.
 Resolved incidents efficiently within SLA and informing/confirming with the clients of the solution and see to its closure.
 Also performed the role of Document administrator and maintaining all the project documents in Lotus notes DB and other content management systems like CDMS.
