I am working as a Senior Engineer in Water Team of Arcadis Group. My key responsibilities could be broadly enlisted as below.
o Leading a team for preparation of detailed designs, specifications and lay out for complete water supply network for rehabilitation of potable water mains for areas under South-West Water, a water supply company of United Kingdom. The output was final delivery package consisting of detailed drawings (plan and longitudinal section of potable water network) and risk assessment drawing and documents.
I am worked as a part of Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd. My key responsibilities could be broadly enlisted as below.
o Lead a team of engineers and draftspersons and prepared detailed designs, specifications and lay out for various infrastructure projects for the different towns and cities under 15 Urban Local Bodies of Gujarat State, India under AMRUT (Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation). The design involves preparation of detailed project report and detailed tender package. I delivered various Infrastructure projects, which included water distribution network, sewer network, storm water network, water intake system, sewer treatment plant etc.
I worked as a part of Parsons Infrastructure team responsible for urban design and planning of infrastructural utilities namely water supply network. My key responsibilities could be broadly enlisted as below.
o Prepared detailed hydraulic designs, specifications and lay out for complete water supply network for the different township projects of Dubai, including MBR-Dubai Hills Estate, Jebel Ali Hills and Warsan. Design involves network build, demand allocation and demand analysis with modeling software namely WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS.
o Executed front end layout and design of complex systems and equipment involved in water supply network, incorporating the compliance with items such as specifications, tolerances, safety factors and requirements of client
o Performed interdisciplinary review with other infrastructural utilities to ensure a compatible design with minimum horizontal and vertical conflicts.
o Interacted with Government Agency and obtaining NOC and clearance for the utility network in Dubai for the design of projects
I have worked as Senior Design Engineer in Jacobs and the key projects handled by me individually or as a team are as below.
o Lead a team for preparation of detailed designs, specifications and lay out for complete water supply network for rehabilitation of watermains for areas under South-East Water, a water supply company of United Kingdom. The output was final delivery package consisting of detailed drawings and risk assessment drawing and documents.
o Lead a small team for hydraullic Modelling (Model Build and Calibration) of water supply network utilizing SynerGEE water for Districted Metered Area under United Utilities and Seven Trent Water, companies providing water supply in United Kingdom, which included model build, demand allocation, demand analysis and calibration of model.

Preparation of detailed designs and lay out for complete storm water discharge network for the different districts (clusters) in the Township which involves hydraulic design computations and analysis with modeling software StormCAD & 12D
Performing interdisciplinary review with other infrastructural utilities such as water supply, sewer, storm water, underground electrical service lines, gas lines and telephone to ensure a compatible design with minimum horizontal and vertical conflicts

I was working as Design Engineer of design of utilities and the key responsibilities could be broadly enlisted as below.
Preparation of schematic designs and lay out for complete irrigation system for various districts in Saadiyat Island.
Executing front end layout and design of complex systems and equipment involved in irrigation, incorporating the compliance with items such as specifications, tolerances, safety factors and requirements of client
Performing specialized design computations and analysis involved with design of Irrigation Network
Performing interdisciplinary review with other utilities such as water supply, sewer, storm water etc., and provide coordinating data to ensure a compatible design.
Giving lead direction to a team of checking personnel, ensuring the mathematical accuracy of the drawing produced.
The key projects which were executed by me could be broadly enlisted as mentioned below.
Design of water supply network and storm water discharge network for a residential township spread across 0.8 sq km acres proposed to be developed by Koncept Ambience Pvt Ltd in East Coast Highway & Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai (India). The township was constructed for a population of 10, 000 people
Design of water supply network and storm water discharge network for proposed SEZ in southern part of Chennai city (India) spread across 4 sq km.
Design for storm-water discharge network for Textile park spread across 1 sq km near Coimbatore (India)
· Key member in preparation of Detailed Project report for Re strengthening and Capacity Building of Water Supply Services in Rajkot City, submitted to Centre for Public Health Engineering and Environmental Organization (CPHEEO), under Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission. The cost of project was 70 crores and Ministry of Urban Affairs approved the project on June 2005.
· Key member in preparation of Detailed Project report for Re strengthening and Capacity Building of Solid waste Management Practices in Rajkot City, which was submitted to Centre for Public Health Engineering and Environmental Organization (CPHEEO), under Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission. The cost of project was 9 crores and Ministry of Urban Affairs approved the project on July 2005.
· Key member in preparation of Detailed Project report for Design of Phase II and Phase III of Underground Drainage services in Rajkot City, which was submitted to Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee, under JnURM with a cost of 53 crores and Ministry of Urban Affairs approved the project on July 2005.
· Part of Team involved in ensuring the implementation of Environmental Management Action Plan drawn after the Environmental Impact Assessment.
· Resettlement of Project affected persons.
· Ensuring the proper implementation of mitigation measures so as to reduce environmental problems arising due to the project in the surrounding areas.
