Maintained complete responsibility for providing technical assistance to
customers associated with Bose products (both Pro & Consumer division),
configuring products, installing firmware updates, troubleshooting over call and
email.
Conducted and supervised remote access for configuring WiFi based product
on customer's home network. Provided troubleshooting and support to
customers with network problems in their products.
Documented all transactions and support interactions in system for future
reference and addition to knowledge base.

-Burglar Alarm System using PIR Sensor and IoT: Designed and built a Burglar alarm system using a Passive Infrared Sensor with Arduino Uno microcontroller board and provided the circuit with the Internet of Things by using a Bluetooth module, which could send an email, text, call and notification. -Computer Numerical Control Machine: Designed and built an effective low cost CNC plotter machine using Arduino Uno microcontroller board which could print any kind of text. -Sunset Alarm: Designed and built a Sunset Alarm using a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Light Dependent Resistor (LDR). Industrial Visits : -Training in Arduino and IoT from NSIC Technical Services, Okhla for 6 weeks -Training in Arduino and IoT from Cyborg Labs, Rohini for 4 weeks In-plant Training : National Power Corporation Limited (NTPC), Badarpur for 6 weeks Achievements and Awards: -Football:- Stood first in Inter-house football match, runners up in Zonals and played in Jaguar Tournament. -Taekwondo:- Won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in Taekwondo tournaments and reached till Red Belt. -Runners up in school level Bournvita quiz. -Runners up in cricket tournament.
