Single Disciplinary Coordination: Ensures that models from different disciplines (architecture, structure,
MEP) align correctly, identifying and resolving clashes to avoid conflicts during construction.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Involves coordination between various disciplines to integrate their
models seamlessly, promoting collaboration and reducing errors.
3D Coordination & Design Review: Utilizing BIM to visualize and analyze the 3D model for design
review, enabling stakeholders to assess the project's overall integrity and functionality.
Assist in BIM Related Meetings:
Participating in meetings to discuss BIM-related issues, updates, and coordination efforts. Providing
insights and facilitating discussions to enhance collaboration among team members.
Managing digital information throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and
proper version control of BIM models and associated data.
Establishing and maintaining a centralized platform (CDE) for collaborative data sharing. The CDE
serves as a secure repository where all project stakeholders can access, contribute, and manage project-
related information.
Implementing processes to control and assure the quality of data at every stage of the project. This
involves validating information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Clash Avoidance Strategies: Proactively identifying and addressing potential clashes during the design
phase to prevent conflicts in construction.
Clash Detection Resolution: Identifying clashes using BIM tools and implementing methodologies to
resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsibilities

Responsible for engineering part of the project completely until handover of the facilities/buildings to the client. such as BIM model preparation, coordinate with client for any queries/changes if required, material take off with minimum wastage/off cuts, review the set out and connection design for detailing, fabrication, transportation and erection feasibility in the early stage in order to improve the efficiency and avoid shop/site issues

Responsibilities

• Preparation of BIM model by using Tekla structures as well as extract drawings (shop drawing, fab drawings and erection drawings).
• Checking models for clash with other trade models like, concrete, steel, MEP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with the approved Design & construction BIM Management Plan.
• Develop, coordinate, verify and deliver that all necessary configurations required for seamless integration of design and construction model information.
• Coordinate for software and file management based on project requirement.
• Assembles composite design model for clash detection/coordination (depending on project).
• Creating very clear clash detection reports by the identification and resolution of all hard and soft collisions from the composite model.
• Prepare/submit the quality models as per schedule and BIM requirements (formats, parts, etc.).
• Attend coordination meetings with other major technical disciplines/trades (architecture, structural, MEP, interior design, etc.) for the clash detection and resolution activities.
• Preparation of necessary documents for collisions and resolution.
• Acts as the main point of contact for BIM and related issues between Construction Team, subcontractors, Design Team, and others as required.
• Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project Quality and budget objectives.
• Prepare and submit reports on the progress and status of the project, Maintain effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams.

Responsibilities

• Study of Design/ Contract Drawings and Quote estimation from Contract / Design documents for structural detailing.
• Weekly and monthly planning for achieving schedule of job and Preparation of Advance Bill of Material.
• Leading a team up to 10-15 detailers for execution of structural detailing jobs.
• Preparation of Anchor Bolt / Embed / Erection / Grating Layout / Bracing Elevation Plans.
• All type of steel & structural detailing drawings, CNC Nesting for Plate cutting & Pipe Profiling.
• Co-ordination of shop drawings with other trades like mechanical, piping, Electrical & concrete.
• TQC (Total quality check) of prepared drawings.
• Releasing the erection & shop drawings for approval, fabrication & erection. For various structures, including Columns, Beams (sloped, skewed and canted) - I, C, Box sections, Bracing, Miscellaneous, Trusses, ducts, posts, Maintenance platforms, steel stairs, Handrails etc.
• Interaction with clients / site crew for drawing approval, material deviation, design changes, etc.

• Total team steel detailing work will go under my supervision.

Responsibilities

Erection


• Study of Erection Drawings.

• Weekly and monthly planning for execution of job.

• Making erection plan for optimum usage of manpower, machinery and material.

• Getting approval from client for deviations.

• Making as built drawings and getting certification from clients.

• Sub-contractor billing.



Fabrication


• Study of fabrication drawings.

• Planning and allocating manpower and equipment’s for fabrication works.

• Inspection of welding & fabrication works for dimensional accuracy with fabrication drawings.

• Checking of complicated layouts prior fabrication.

• Making cutting plans for effective management of materials.
