Manages overarching communication, outreach and marketing of QANDIL’s work;
- Works closely with QANDIL’s project managers and supervisors to collect accurate information about initiatives and activities, and to report them in communications;
- Pays regular visits to sites in urban and rural areas where projects are conducted;
- Develops a well-organized archive of QANDIL’s publications and communications;
- Collects information, takes pictures, and writes in flawless English on the activities;
- Develops internal and external publications like newsletters, releases, email announcements, and publications, including drafting annual donor reports and disseminating them on time;
- Ensures that the public views QANDIL and its activities favorably and positively;
- Builds up contacts and launches awareness raising campaigns when appropriate;
- Approaches media outlets to set up interviews with QANDIL representatives about key activities and initiatives;
- Attends fairs and conferences to promote QANDIL and its humanitarian aid work;

Program Assistant/Case Manager at International Organization for Migration (IOM)

Participated in the mapping of the service providers for vocational and farming trainings, for employment and other organization/programmes for external referral (in the community or neighbor community) and update IM.

Organized and conduct information meetings on Community Revitalization Progrram (CRP) services with applicants referred to the programme.

Interviewed and screened CRP beneficiary basis on the approved set of criteria and using the beneficiary form.

Provided counseling to the beneficiaries according to his/her interest and match with his/her background. Use all the documents like one stop shot, list of trainings courses, list of potential jobs, etc.

Coordinated with BDS focal point to schedule the beneficiaries for small business cases, Vocational training (VT) and Farming Training (FT) for BDS trainings according the needs.

Ensured that the (your) cases are recorded in the tracking sheet on a daily basis;

Assist beneficiary in the development of business plans, service plans for trainings, job placement. Submit the service plan to the hub for approval.

Taught the government counterpart in the work on various types and process of services.

Conducted outreach visits in the field and keep updated your cases in the portal and the tracking sheet.

Maintained communication with Community Management Team (CMT) members and Community Revitalization Initiative (CRI) monitors to address the reliable target needs through all the components of the CRP activities.
