As an Executive Assistant to Chairman I perform the following tasks:
1.Routine Secretarial Personal Assistance to the Chairman.
2.Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and conferences.
3.Responsible for extensive, complex travel arrangements, schedules and reservations including the preparation of visa, travel itineraries and agendas.
4.Setting up and Maintaining the data shared between different companies, by filing and recording the information accordingly (as hard copies and electronic filing system)
5.Support Chairman using a variety of software packages such as word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and Microsoft Outlook to produce and distribute letters, memoranda and reports.
6.Organize the efficient day-to-day running of the office in line with needs and priorities.
7.Briefs the Chairman on matters of concern and secures information required for proper action on such matters.
8.Oversee all matters relating to the Chairman’s office and maintain highest level of confidentiality in regards to information in/out of the office.
9.Managing & Screening the Chairman’s calls, ascertaining of importance, and deal with a wide variety of enquiries.
10.Printing mails from 3 accounts, then analyzing and briefing for chairman review to take his comments and direction.
11.I performed a project to establish a bank of data for the company with CRM program, we could manage 7, 500 clients easily now.
12.Handling personal issues for chairman and his family.

11-Pro-active assist to the General Manager in his day to day activities through Using excellent time management and organisational skills ensure the smooth running of the General Managers office using Lotus Notes and other necessary office applications.
12-Manage the General Manager diary.
13-Handle and screen calls.
14- Always aware to follow up with the GM for any subject matters until finished.
15-Excellent communication with interpersonal skill - positive attitude.
16-Make decisions and solve problems.
17-Identify objects, actions and events.
18-Develop goals and strategies.
