 Alarm Monitoring & Escalation to field teams



 Providing Technical Support to Field Teams
 Alarm monitoring 24/7 by using iManagerM2000, iManagerT2000/U2000
 Updating daily network report, fault management reports & performance report.
 Responsible for Network Outage Control and outage reasons analysis (RCA)
 Responsible to meet Network Maintenance targets in terms of SLAs and OMT
 Coordinate with Field Engineers for handling the work orders and Service affecting alarms
 Daily network Outage and performance report to customer.
 Looking after fuel move plan and its execution.
