• Responsible to manage technical department in central region and nationwide IBM/ Lenovo Pre-Sales activities
• Pre-Sales configurations using (IBM e-config and Lenovo DCSC tools)
• Customer solutions designing, technical proposals & presentations
• Customer POC, Installation and Testing.
• Interaction with sales team and customer for pre-sales activities
• Provide Online & Onsite supports for IBM & Lenovo Hardware
• Install & Troubleshoot for Virtualized environments (VMware, MS-Hypervisor & PowerVM)
• Install & Troubleshoot IBM Power Systems, x86 servers, Blade and Flex Systems
• Install & Troubleshoot Entry Level and Midrange IBM/ Lenovo Storage products
• Installation and troubleshoot of AIX, LINUX and Windows operating systems
• Preparation of technical documentations/ user manual and support contracts

Hardware Key Skills
• Working experience on IBM P servers
• Expertise in IBM Blade Server, System x Server Installation and Troubleshooting
• Expertise in IBM Entry-Level & Mid-Range SAN
• Expertise in IBM Tape Libraries
• Expertise in IBM Fiber Switches
• Experience of designing and connecting networking components
• Expertise in Motorola symbol scanning products
• Expertise in IBM POS. KIOSK terminals

Software Key Skills
• Expertise in ESXi 4, 4.1, 5 and 5.1 Servers (VShpare, VMotion, VMWareHA, Storage VMotion etc….)
• Expertise in Windows, AIX & Red Hat Linux operating systems
• Expertise in MS Window XP, Vista, Windows 7 & MS Windows Servers Edition
• Fully understand MS office tools “MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio, MS Project Corel Draw, and Photo Shop etc...”

Project Key Skills
• Expertise technical documentations
• Expertise project plan preparation and IT project flow control process.
