ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢Assistant to project manager and accumulating all project updates.
➢ Assists Design Team in the preparation of proposals and project plans for all phases of planning, development and implementation.
➢ Ensure understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company's Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
➢ Provide technical support and assistance to the Project Construction Management team
➢ Liaising with authorities such as EHS, DCD, RTA, DEWA, Nakheel & Trakhees.
➢ Ensuring project deadlines are met.
➢ Determining project changes
➢ Developing project strategies
➢ Making sure that the client’s needs are met as project evolves
➢ Tracking contractor's progress at site in comparison to clause 14 baseline construction Programming and issuing letters of delay
➢ Overall project coordination with contractor and client representatives
➢ Reviewing & approving construction & shop drawings
➢ Chairing and facilitating meetings when appropriate and allotting minutes to all project team members.
➢ Developing mock-up of all required activities related to block works, finishes and any other value-added services in coordination with the contractor in a set time frame to obtain final approval from the client
➢ Preparing & submitting documents to obtain Nakheel compliance certificate and final building completion certificate from CED
➢ Technical support for all Architectural, Interior Fit -Out and Aesthetical and functional Aspects of the project.
➢ Review shop dwgs & Technical submittal as per the project specification and BOQ.
➢ Prepare Look ahead schedule from the base line program and monitor the contractor’s progress as per the schedule and notify if any delays found.
➢ Selection and recommendation of appropriate materials to be used for External and internal finishes.
➢ Organize QA/QC inspections at regular unforeseen intervals.
➢ Co-ordination of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Home Automation & Security, Fire safety and Interior architectural works.
➢ Reply to RFI, Issue NCR and Site Instructions to the contractor.
➢ Update project progress and maintain records of each activity at different levels.
Role: SITE ARCHITECT/ DESIGN COORDIANTOR -Luxury Villa Project’s / Township setting out.
Design and supervision team for MDW at Chennai, May 2014 - February 2016.
Overall Project co-ordination for residential and commercial projects.
Negotiating contract prices, terms and conditions for new projects with clients.
Negotiating prices, contract terms and conditions with vendors and subcontractors.
Co-ordination of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Home Automation & Security, Fire safety and Interior architectural works.

Role: JUNIOR ARCHITECT/ DESIGN COORDIANTOR -Luxury Villa Project’s / 5* HOTEL PROJECT. Design and supervision team for Passargad at Chennai, Supervision & In-house consultant for ITC park Sheraton hotels& towers (Lead consultant - Collins vergnaud -Sydney -M/s CV Sydney) May 2011 - June 2012.
(i) B+G+12 FLR -Park Sheraton Hotels and Towers, Alwarpet, Chennai.
Renovation of Tower block - Wing B comprising of 100 Guest rooms, Presidential Suites, Banquets, Public spaces and boutiques.
(ii) S+10 - 36 carrot Akshaya homes (high rise residential tower) Poonamallee High Road, Chennai.
(iii) Luxury beach villa, ECR, Chennai.
