• Reporting to Head Infrastructure Projects Business Area and Responsible & Accountable for Managing and implementation of QA/QC, Environmental Health and Safety systems for the large infrastructure project sites in Pakistan.
Responsible for the recruitment and management of site QA/QC and HSE teams for the projects.
Planning, schedule & Conducting of the QMS, EMS and OHSMS Internal Audits.
Site Visits to above projects and managing Consultants and sub-contractors at sites.
Training Needs Analysis for the Business Area. Delivered 500 - 600 man-hours of training in the previous year.
• Reporting functionally to Regional Director HSE and Administratively to Plant Manager.
• Responsible & Accountable for Managing and Implementation of Safety & Environmental Systems of the Company.
• Responsible and accountable for safety inspections, safety programs, HSE induction and training.
• Responsible and Accountable for TNA, TLR`s and arrangement of functional, competence and HSE training
• -Liaison with suppliers and training institute to arrange trainings in compliance with the training plan helped in achieving targets.
• Development of functional and HSE training plan and arrangement of the trainings such as Mechatronics, electro-pneumatics, Hydraulics, Manufacturing good practices, HACCP, Food Safety etc.
• Delivered training and periodic reports on training objective performance.
• Reporting to the Shift Manager, responsible for managing the Chocolate Manufacturing facility in shift.
• Accountable for the Line Management of a team of Production Staffs in Shifts.
• Accountable for the delivering the set targets and production deliverables.
• Responsible & Accountable for the Production & Quality management of the HVAC Duct & Sound Attenuators Manufacturing Facility
• Project Management Planning for all new Projects and Liaising with Consultants and Contractors for design and specifications.
• Management Representative for the company for conducting and supervising the internal & external Audits.
• Making of submittals, Project quality & HSE plan and generation of the ductwork schedule for all new projects in accordance with the standards. This also involved resource planning (ERP planning).
SES is a subsidiary of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission in Islamabad - the only manufacturer of the heat exchangers in Pakistan. Here both the chemical and mechanical design of the H-X is performed before the final fabrication phase. This is the only unit in Pakistan performing Non-Destructing Testing (NDT)
