the efficient and cost effective solutions in a timely fashion.
* Software development cost and effort estimation by following component based efforts estimation models.
* Following the Scrum based Agile methodology and acting as a Scrum Master.
* Present the researches to technical team and management as well to provide the detailed level understanding to new
approaches to Software Development.
* Design and Develop the complete framework, code specifications and software development protocols.
* Walkthroughs and code inspections to mitigate the ripple effect and to ensure the software development standards and
protocols are strictly followed by the developers.
* Functional and Technical software documentation for both internal and external (Client) use.
* Business and Data modelling with complete Database Structure.
* Design the Software Deployment Strategy (Complete Database Scripts and Solution Deployment Steps on IIS) with a
focus on Version management / Release management.
* Management of Technical professionals in order to assign the tasks to developers and tracking the progress on assigned
tasks.
* Perform Project Management activities using JIRA and MS-Project.
* Answer the queries of Risk Management Committee at client side and demonstrate that how to mitigate/minimize the
risks associated with project.
* Accountable for Recruitment of technical and non technical professionals in a project team.
* Participate with management in appraisals of professionals by providing the feedback over individual's performance.
Successfully transformed/enhanced 16 projects in a program of 28 projects. Products successfully
transformed/developed include System Security Management, Business Relationship Management, Centralized
Limits Management, Charges Management System, Credit Committee Management, Treasury Management
System, Documents Management System, Dispute Resolution System, and Collateral Management System.
Managing a team of developers for a Dubai based ERP project for government entity Trakhees (Sea Port).
* Working on cutting edge tools and technologies such as KendoUi, MVVM architectural pattern with Single Page
Architecture K2 (Work Flow) and nHibernate.
