Cary out inspection & checking for all quality related procedures on site and ensure that all activities at site are as per approved MS & ITP.
Develop Method Statements, ITP & and Checklist of all activities based on specifications of the project.
Carry out Internal Audit with QA Manager at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan, PQP.
Raise ITR, 24 hours prior to inspection to main contractor/consultant of all activities at site (FDT, Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring etc)
Inspection of form work, reinforcement, pouring of concrete (slump, temperature).
Inspect all ongoing activities as site prior to inspection of consultant to make sure that everything is done according to project specification & requirement to avoid rejection.
Make sure that back filling process is according to project specification & before raising ITR for FDT make sure that required compaction has achieved.
Coordinate with Consultant’s representative and Site Engineer for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of all observations & NCR.
Taking care of all QA/QC documents of the entire project such as Calibration Certificates, Test results, Inspection requests, NCR, Site Observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Observation/Instruction.

Perform continuous inspection of all phases of construction including concrete, reinforcement electrical, masonry, plumbing till finishing to ensure that construction comply on plans, specification & local building codes.
Inspect Condition of soil, depth of footings and pouring of foundation.
Keeps the ITP update for client’s checking.
Read & interpret the plans, specification & contract documents.
If detect any deviation from plan & specification raise NCR and suggest CAPA.
Maintain daily log of construction & inspection activities.
Work effectively with contractors, engineers, architects, sub-contractors & consultants
Prepare & submit progress & inspection reports of assigned projects.
Prepare clear, concise & comprehensive reports.
Participate in final inspection of completed jobs.

Monitor and perform quality activities at all stages of project.
Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, plans and work instructions.
Follow the casting of piles, pile tests, breaking of piles, piles treatment, pier cap foundation, piers & abutment walls.
Raise NCR and perform all follow-up inspections as well after NCR generated.
Advice Service Contract personnel for taking appropriate corrective & preventive action on NCR
Raise ITR for consultant inspection.
Supervise formwork, reinforcement of deck slab and MSE(mechanical stables earth) fill wall. Casting after erection as per consultant requirements than fixing coping beam over MSE wall.
Cast in situ top barrier of the bridge and paint work even all activities inspect up to hand over to consultant.
After this inspect the Road structure including kerb stone, interlock, 25 km Road najmet area al-Ream island including all landscaping work main entrance parking of Al-Ream Island. Also finishing work (plaster, tiles, paint work) of 120 villas in island.
Daily, monthly progress report and submit to QC Manager.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and the work of any subcontractors.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Preparing reports as required and updating database as well.

To Assist the Site Supervisor in all aspects of the site management
Co-ordination and supervision of all on-site operations within the account in the designated area of responsibility
To update the Site Supervisor on daily basis to any work that requires attention, if unable to rectify immediately
Also supervise all sub-contractors and trades.
Scheduling work to be carried out to achieve targets
Supervise the work of labor for good progress.
