• Lead group reporting and statutory audits with Big 4 firms to prepare financial s and liaison with auditors.
• Monitor Key financial and operational KPIs, manages financial risks, drive cost saving initiatives.
• Business partnering with other departments to achieve organizational goals and drive strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to local Laws, Taxation, VAT returns, FTA audits, refund applications
& VDs, ESRs, UBO and other regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and lead the finance team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.
• Responsible for designing & maintaining financial manuals and policies updating with integration to ERP.
• Lead in system implementation ERP and design systematic internal controls and workflows.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.

❖ Formerly being part of Aswaaq LLC group owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) currently part of GMG wherein being part of internal audit department responsible for systematic improvements and optimization for business’ strategies & risk management. Mainly worked for divisions of Retail, Distribution, E-commerce, Real Estate and performed CPD trainings and prepared presentation of related reports to ICD board members & designing of preventive measures as per Finance Audit Authority of Dubai.
