- Preparing the preliminary design and estimation of the complete project.
- Design as per NFPA, HCIS, SBC & SEC standard and manufacturers' recommendations.
- Prepare & coordinate with the design team to analyze the drawings, specifications & statement of works.
- Complete the Technical submittals, shop drawings required for site execution.
- BOQ to be prepared & release the product PO to manufacture.
- To coordinate with the contractor & consultant to clear up technical issues & get the approvals required from the consultant, Civil Defense, AHJ Etc.
- Prepare project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
- Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare the weekly and
- monthly look ahead schedules for execution.
To coordinate various departments like Operations, procurement, mechanical, electrical & QC Technical.
- Attend coordination meeting with client, contractors, subcontractors & Consultant.
- Maintain technical records, design revisions, invoices, work statements.
- Coordinate with our accounts department for the preparation of invoices against materials delivery, Against installation, Testing & Commissioning.
- Hand over to End user.
- Directly contact the technical manager for project progress.
- Prepare the technical team after installation completion to proceed with Testing & Commissioning of the systems.
