• Preparation of Budgets & monitor the budget against the program planning, progress towards its goal, performance indicators.
• Regularly track progress of program financial activities and indicate the weak areas for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions according to the finance policies (activity reports, vouchers).
• Verify payment before disbursement to vendors and consultant according to the finance policy.
• Bank reconciliation Statements and update funds position on daily basis.
