•Managing the Procurement / Purchase Process of US $ 2.5Mn Per Annum, requirement planning, Strategic Sourcing and negotiation with the vendors, Contracts, Purchasing, strategic forecasting and ordering strategy.
•Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, Shipment delivery & pickup timing, best prices, Capability / Capacity, Flexibility and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.

•Review All the Shipping Documents Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Freight Invoice of Air & Sea Shipment as per the Destination Port Requirement and dealing with clearing agents, Freight Forwarder in all business destinations.

•Handling Banking documentation with relevant with international purchasing; Letter Of Credit, Trust Receipt Loan Document, Telegraphic Transfer of Money (TT), Cash Against documents.
