1. Visit different Afghan Refugee Camps for awareness sessions regarding Human Rights, Gender Based Violence and Harmful Traditional Practices. 2. Identify and refers clients to psychologist for treatment. 3. Analyze data such as interview, test result and reference manuals to identify symptoms and to diagnose the nature of clients problems. 4. Conduct psycho-social activities to ensure the people have the appropriate coping mechanism to face traumatic situation due to emergency and disaster. 5. Counsel individual, Groups, families to help them understand problems define goals and develop realistic Individual group action plan. 6. Conduct psycho-social Support activities with children’s to bring them out of stress and depressed situation. 7. Conduct psycho social support sessions. 8. 1. Counseling the Conflict Victims clients who have been affected psycho-socially in bomb blasts and in military operations in KPK and in FATA.
2. Making progress report of the clients on regular bases.

5. Work with the rest of the team to improve and integrate the Call Center’s services to Program beneficiaries.
6. Implement and coordinate the counseling activities for the mental health program on telephone.
7. Comprehensively assess, propose and develop appropriate interventions for the psycho social component of the mental health program.

1. Supports the Program Director and program Manager by scheduling meetings, providing agenda and minutes, developing reports relevant to the organization program, implementation of policies. 2. Coordinates, prepares and distributes organization activities and schedules with the program director, and related staff. 3. Coordinates daily conference schedules, grand rounds etc. 4. Arranging meetings for staff members. 5. Supervise line staff by articulating expectations, displaying model behavior, maintaining open lines of communication and being clear about roles and relationships. 6. Design, complete, and evaluate programs, working collaboratively with other employees at the Institute. 7. Preparing monthly progress reports. 8. Conducting performance appraisal of the team members on monthly basis.
1. Coordinating and Monitoring Field activities of the project.
2. Providing information to enable management to assess the progress of implementation and take timely decisions to ensure the progress according to schedule. 3. Conduct individual and family motivational counseling before admission in the Treatment. 4. Filing all the relevant information of the admitted patient on prescribed forms. 5. Keeping separate record of each and every patient under treatment both (indoor and outdoor). 6. Share progress of his/her patient with the Coordinator on regular basis. 7. Attend the inquiries regarding treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts. 8. Deliver lectures and conduct different groups with the drug addicts. 9. Conduct RPP, Family program and Aftercare program. 10. Responsible for keeping his/her patient/clients record updated. 11. Do individual and group counseling with patients and their family members before, during and even after the completion of the treatment. 12. Assess the level of recovery of the drug addict duriing the treatment. 13. Do the follow-up of his/her discharge patients on regular basis. 14. Prepare and submit progress report. 14. Do pre and post test counseling of the client. 15. Keep record and confidentiality of all the client attending VCT and tested for HIV. 17. Do the family counseling of the clients suffering form HIV.

3 months Internship at DATC, KTH, Peshawar. My work was there as internee to get case histories from Drug addicts. As I have conducted my Thesis on Role of DATC’s, so I used to take histories especially from Heroin Addicts. To know about the relapse causes and counseling them.
