• Making sure landscape maintenance activities on daily, weekly, and annually to be followed and implemented.
• Order materials and equipment as needed within purchasing limits.
• Daily checks on the irrigation system ensure it is working properly.
• Monitor job cost and report to Project manager any jobs deviating from budget of time, schedule, cost, or any other factor appropriate adjustments to maximize result.
• On site visual audit inspections and control to ensure acceptable landscaping condition.
• Plans in fertilization application.
• Nursery Management.
• In charge of the selection of plants depending on season and availability in the local market
