• Reviewed network changes for technical accuracy and impact and provided multi-protocol network problem resolutions within the ITIL framework. Configuring OTV, HSRP, NAT, firewall rules, Fabric Extenders, VLANs, BGP, OSPF and IS-IS.
• Managing IP Network scheme, IOS Upgrades, supporting HSRP, STP, 802.1Q trunking, latency, ACL, BGP, OSPF, and QoS.
