July 2008 to present : As head of marketing, I am responsible to analyze competitive landscape to choose between most sustainable and profitable opportunities to maximize utilization of available resources, in addition perform following tasks for company.
1) Development of product road map for next three years.
2) Providing generation planning to R&D as fuel for thought process.
3) Preparation of Marketing Plan.
4) Developing Sales strategy in line of marketing plan.
5) Execution of integrated marketing strategy by customer segment, product category and optimal channel to attract retain and sustain revenue gains.
6) Collaborating with other business units to plan, develop and implement cross-sell programs to deepen customer relationships by implementing internal policy, procedures, report forms, and work standards.
July 2004 to June 2008: As head of Sales Central Punjab, management functions including target achievement of sales & collection, managing & motivating sales teams of 7 branches covering almost 1/3 of national turnover, preparing channel trade marketing schemes and policies to effectively maintain bridge between company and dealers network of 600 plus dealers.
1) Assisted senior management in preparing business strategies and plan for entire network.
2) Conducting sales and product training sessions to prepare team for effective utilization of resources in completion of their targets and company objectives.
Started my career as sales officer, looked after volumes, meet and exceed targets in both quantitative and qualitative terms.
Promoted numerous times on exceeding expectations and targets.
looked after sales network, developed team, trained HR. planned quantities, defined profitable strategies on multiple channeled network.
I got 4 GPA in most of my fundamental courses, in advance courses also remained a shinning student. Based on my CGPA, I was awarded special scholarship during my MBA course.
