Greet with smile Welcome to the guest meet and escort to the reception.
o Give correct information about the hotel and restaurants around the Hotel.
o Book restaurant, Clubs, Bars, safari, Dhow cruise Rant a cars, Helicopter, air tickets lost luggage from airport lost mobile or value able items in the taxi.
o Every day check the hotel cars Salk petrol, water, oil, tyers air and give to the driver for the guest keep water bottles towels tissue arrange all the cars as per hotel standard and brief all the driver regarding arrivals departure
o Every day check the trace special request for the guest required.
o Deliver high level of quality of standard to the VIP Guest.
o Handling guest telephone queries and complaints and feedback of guests.
o Adaptable, work effectively under pressure.
o Planning and problem solving abilities.
o Ensure guest contact is always positive.
o Coordinate with the Airport desk for Airport pick up and drop off.
o Supervision and training of fresher and existing colleagues at the Bell Desk.
o Ensuring that the SOP at the Bell Desk are followed at all times.
o Accurate dispatching of bellman, doormen and valet.
o Maintain and update OPERA files.
o Attending promptly and professionally to guest queries.
o Ensuring guests leave the Concierge Desk thoroughly satisfied.
o Ensuring attendance in daily briefings.
o Arranging rent-a-car and chauffeur drive as par guest request.
o Strong team working, communication, leadership, interpersonal skills.
o Providing guest with information about the city.
o Making the duty roster for all concierge, driver bellmen door girls.
o Being able to solve some complaints in an effective manner.
o Inform to the guest about the hotel facilities and open and close timing of our restaurants and club and Dubai shopping malls and bazaar timings.
