Responsible for Rectifications against regulator Inspections/Inquiries receive time to time.

Well versed with Local and International Trade regulations, hence update and maintain Foreign Exchange Circulars/ Circular Letters issued by the Central bank time to time and ensure strict compliance of the same.

External Audit requirements.
Responsible for Rectifications against SBP Inspections/Inquiries receive time to time.
Well versed with Local and International Trade regulations, hence update and maintain
Foreign Exchange Circulars/ Circular Letters issued by the SBP time to time and ensure
strict compliance of the same.
Ensure proper compliance of Import Policy Order for the goods to be imported while
approving EIF of either mode.

Scrutiny of Import & Export Documents
•Negotiate with Treasury to get Market Based Forex Rates for Customers
•Maintain Complete & Proper record of all Trade Transactions to meet Internal/External Audit requirements
•Arrange Waivers/Approvals for Valued Clients from competent Authorities
•Manage to resolve all Trade Operational issues strictly complying Internal Bank Policies as well as SBP Regulations
•Responsible for Rectifications of SBP Inspections/Inquiries time to time
•Keep Close Coordination with Centralized Trade Team
•Follow ups with Export Customers against Over Due Export Bills
•Follow ups with Import Customers for timely settlement of EIF
•Update and maintain latest Foreign Exchange Circulars/ Circular Letters issued by the SBP time to time
•Report Foreign Exchange Movement to Head Office on daily basis
•E & I Form Certification via WeBOC
•Make sure to retain 100% Cash margin against Goods to be Imported as per Annexure-A of BPRD Circular No. 02 Dated 24-Feb-2017 before executing any Import Transaction
•Ensure Timely BCA Realization & BDA Marking in WeBOC
•Ensure Timely Submission of Foreign Exchange Returns to SBP reporting Unit

- Manage to resolve clients queries regarding SIM network.
- response of the queries via telephone.
- To improve service quality.
- Handling complain ftom all over the country.

- Internee at regukator bank SBP State Bank Of Pakistan.
- Rotationally work in all departments for learning purpose.
- Prepare a final report on Islamic banking growth.
