New business Development of MEP complete contract for new projects, renovation projects, fit-out projects & replacement projects with clients, end-users and main contractors. HVAC project cost estimation, technical query and reviewing tender documents & design drawings with respect to the specifications. Technical problem solving and variation orders management. Payment follow-up and contract negotiation. Project management after the award and handling a team of two engineers. three supervisors and 15 site technicians including sub-contract manpower. Purchasing for HVAC Major items related to the project. Review & preparation of Design & Shop drawings. Handling Design build projects complete from start till handover for HVAC System. Independently handled and handed over the below listed projects:-
