Conduct daily Hse Procedure and enforce all polices as per the Hse plan with engineers, formen
and gangleaders in the assigned work areas.
Conduct daily and weekly safety tool box talks informing the workers of safe working.
Write up daily performance task report and submit to the CM for review and expedite any pending issue for Hse.
Daily issue work permit with related works.
Write up warning letters to employees who don't follow the Hse rules and regulations of the company
